I have not secured any office space in a high traffic location but I do have a couple of warehouses that can be used if it comes down to it.

I have seen many rehabs that were inadequate, and just as many that were overdone to the point of throwing money out the door, and more than just a few where floor plans were destroyed and unuseable spaces created.

Also what is the best way to go when running... 3/4" ID. or 1/2"ID...Does size matter in regards to each floor (3 total)?
