I'm now going all in on learning this business much better to start accumulating more properties.I'm finally ready to venture into multiple properties due to selling the one I own now and gaining enough capital to go towards the down payment of 2-3 more properties. 

LOTS of real estate deals will come from persistence and thus being there when the seller finally realizes their places isn't worth the price they want for it.Check out BP Podcast 346, https://www.biggerpockets.com/..., for some good incentive on wholesaling. 

I asked about the escrowing as well and they said that it should be shortened, but that it will be reflected in the final docs....which I thought these were, that's why I needed to sign them before closing in person.I appreciate the help all, I want to triple check these things as I'm working a W2 job, also just did a HELOC on my rentail property and might be missing the details.

As a final note, I would highly recommend putting a HELOC on the house.
