I basically have all the pieces in place as far as realtors to contractors.How would you structure this?

I'm going to be buying some Staging pieces and want to learn from the best. 

I went to pickup a multitool based upon the results I had seen from a few YouTube videos to cut out the grout and assist in cleanly removing each tile piece.

So I am getting excited about my first wholesale deal and I am working on putting the pieces together.

@Kadian Ferguson one piece of advice is to have a local investor walk you through the ropes, even if it means compensating (paying) them for their time. 

However, in order to sell and take advantage of the prorated primary residence exclusion you'll have to have owned that piece for a total of 5 years as well as have lived in it for 2 out of the previous 5.
