What numbers can they give you about ad views on Zillow?

The way he views people and their issues is quite...desensitized.I'm looking for any words of wisdom on how to evolve mentally to where I am comfortable doing whats right for my business without losing sleep at night.

From an insurance point of view, if the damage/issue was caused by a "covered cause of loss" (fire, water damage, lightning, sewer backup, wind, hail, etc.), then the tenant should have protection under their own renters policy to rent a hotel. 

so we are die-hard self-employed and needing to let go of the $10 decisions so we can make the '$10k' decisions as bp likes to say...So from my 'in the weeds' view: I need an office mgr, marketing mgr, rehab mgr and deal generator.
