For me, it would be a case of denying services to the buyer/seller I'm negotiating with, giving me an advantage (even if only in my mind).In states that allow the dual agency, most, if not all, have expanded the agency options to include Designated Agency, where a broker can have two agents within the same brokerage where one represents the buyer, the other the seller.
