I cant count the number of clients I have bent over backward to help purely out of generosity....goodness of my heart....and the number that have turned around to ***** and complain about some tiny detail and made my life miserable..... left to go to my competitor in town..... had to send to collections.

Yea it's more or less a loss leader for us as it boosts up the Sales & Management.

The appeal is what you want, where from there you can pretty much charge whatever your heart desires for rent and tenants will cough it up.
