Lastly, Bigger Pockets is an amazing resource for education.

You could probably pick up a few smaller deals at say 150k, do some rehab or cleanup, raise your rents, refinance, and then have some experience to show a bank what you are ready to do on the next bigger one!

You could open yourself to lots of liability , and or losses by the developers actions .

Hi,I've been browsing bigger pockets for some time and reading various books about taking that first step and getting my first property in San Antonio Tx. 

But due diligence issues can have some impact if you are doing bigger deals.

I have several projects planned at the buildings and wanted to reach out to the Bigger Pockets community for help finding quality contractors in the area for the type of work I am looking to do.  

I am new to bigger pockets.

In that short time ive listened to about 15-20 bigger pocket podcasts all day while at work and reading as much as possible when not working.
