We’ve had AC units stolen, the tenants themselves stealing the appliances as they moved out; the tenants not paying for their own water and hooking up to someone else’s water with a garden hose to ‘reverse power’ their plumbing… not realizing that with their water meter removed the water was then flooding the front of their property.  

I bought 4 acres in Rohnert Park CA. in 1994.. that is now just coming into the city and it was 300 feet from a home depot shopping center. 

Cities such as Westland /garden city /Dearborn heights /Redford areas .

What's your opinion on it and would you recommend where to look for building materials besides the regular home depot and Lowes in the Baltimore MD area?

I'm with you Melissa, we own several condos and have found that replacing the countertops through home depot or lowes is very inexpensive and makes a world of difference.  

I use the Tomcat bait and boxes from Home Depot, but it doesn’t always work.

The University and Bush Gardens area in the North which is a really big dump.
