Is this sustainable did i miss the boat on investment opportunities?

Redevelopment authorities are working on solutions but it's a slow process and the money available is far from what is needed.

Colorado is a big state - you never specified where in Colorado you are moving to.The front range area (Denver, Boulder, etc) is out of control with relation to home prices and I don't see it as being sustainable.  

So was also looking for another solution like buying a list but not sure how accurate that info is and if it's worth it or already to late at that point.
