The growth of the area was not well-thought-out so you have streets that are single-family ranches that suddenly change into attached homes and suddenly change into attached homes with rear service garages.  

The street the 4 plex  and 4/2 are on is very nice and backs up to a park.

This structure doesn't afford liability protection so you need to keep up your insurance, but it's great for if someone looks up the owner of 123 First Street only to find it's owned by First Street Trust with your PO Box for mailing. 

I like the area closer to Fremont Street, since it seems to be gentrifying.

You see, wall street had run out of good, solid mortgages to package and they needed more mortgages to bundle and sell and so they need to get banks to start issuing supprime, risky loans that will still be rated highly. 

Account Closed New London is a town that is entirely area based and the properties can differ greatly street to street.
