Hi im just starting out in wholesaling today I decided to stop being afraid and email some motivated sellers from craigslist.

Don't let fear stop you from doing nice things for your tenants, check with legal if you are unsure about details.  

He had a " stop work order "for the longest on the property and just had it lifted.

This is a little two stop elevator.

Cities can’t stop them.

Had a slow leak that didn't stop when everything in house was turned off, incl toilets at the wall.  

Even on bus stops.

From tenants, and also from other liabilities - bad business venture that resulting lawsuits, someone got injury by us(knock on wood) etc. 

And even if you did, it would only happen if they need to raise money, so it would be very difficult to pull off with the timing.So what remains are some of the second-tier sites, which haven't attracted venture funding for one reason or another, but hopefully have something unique or compelling that you feel makes them more worthy of an investment.
