I think the credit reporting agencies are also in this data mining, over 30, 60, 90 day lates, and yes, state specific as well. 

Deals are easier to find when you know very specifically what to look for as determined by your buyers.I hope that helps.Victor.

Well, this may be a state specific thing, I have not seen a student question, but I got my policy several years ago and it just renews.

There is a lot of free information on here and on the web that can at least get you educated a little more on real estate. 

@Daniel RheeList Source is good for narrowing down a list of specific properties with criteria such as age of owner, % of equity, mortgage date, etc... but what List Source won't provide is a description of the property.

What areas specifically are you looking in?

To get started, I would suggest asking an agent to send you emails with your specific criteria in the areas you want to look at.
