Hi BP members,I live in an SFR right now but have been looking for a home in a nearby community (great schools, neighborhood in North Dallas) where I have a lot of friends in the same community.

Since I am graduating soon I am looking for a new place to live and a city to learn and call home.  

If it is the latter usage may well have gone up for the whole building with kids home from school and people home from work.

(Btw - it is usually the school district that does the appeal for reassessment)The lower the price of the property overall the better the chance the school district will not spend the effort to contest it.  

@Andrew Syrios the property would be in one of the top school districts in florida.

On a quiet street close to schools and park, yet conveniently located to shopping & major thoroughfares.

I purchased my first house which I live in myself a few months a go, there is a elementary school and a secondary road in the back.

I recently graduated from UIC and I work as an Accountant.

My fiance is in dental school for a couple of more years, so we're just now to maintain flexibility until we know where we are going to settle.
