Do you have to guess what is the max that you can raise rent that the Sec 8 voucher will cover? 

I’m looking to purchase my first multi family and raise capital to have enough reserves for it and so on.

I would get super frustrated because it always felt like whenever we would get a good commission check, bonus, raise, etc. we would get hit with a big maintenance ticket that would set us back to square one.So fast forward to 2020, our house is a piece of junk.
