Vehicles break down, Movers cancel or move appointments, Tenant's "friends" do not show up to help, etc. etc.

Our rental allows for parking up to three boats and 10 vehicles.

I was told recently that buying a new vehicle and owning it for the life of the vehicle is cheaper than buying used and owning for the rest of the vehicles life.  

I often see clients filing claims ANYTIME there is damage to a vehicle or a home they have.

In my department we were required to get out of vehicle, walk around property to make sure everything was secure, dispatch will log in the time of the property check.

To all those who put a lot of miles on their vehicle for their real estate business, The IRS has increased the optional standard mileage rates to 62.5 cents per mile for the rest of 2022 (starting 7/1).

Assuming there is demand, I would discuss with county and local fire marshals, city planning admin, county engineering, county floodplain, zoning.... how are you getting utilities, are there impact fees associated with them (water / sewer / electricity), assuming it's a state owned road you are on, you will have to get a permit from them as well (Ask your civil engineering company about this), Do you have a survey, does it have topo, what are your setbacks from the road, if it's a large road it may be significant if there is expansion planned, Does it have the required ingress / egress for emergency vehicles (ie. min road widths and entrances), does it have appropriate water supply for the latest fire codes (ask your civil engineering company for references to fire engineers or if they have somebody in staff that can help), where do you need fire hydrants and are sprinklers required, are there any easements currently- will you need to grant any for utilities... 

Application always asks how many animals (not pets) and what type and how many vehicles and type.

Just like a good LTR..... this is just business, it doesn't matter what the vehicle is, LTR/STR/MTR.......
