Since it's only 10am today my list is short(ish).So far today I've had a call with my property mgmt company to discuss the financials of an apt community.I've read for 60 minutes (the book is The 48 Laws of Power).And I've listened to 90 minutes of 90s rock (Cranberries are on right now).

Wayne you are so incorrect, they sold me an item at auction they must produce the item.Wayne not everyone will travel 1200 miles to see something in person now that we are in the internet age!

I bought a property like 6 months ago, and thought Extra property mgmt. on Broad st. could've run it, but all they did was talk a good one, and not produce the outcomes I was looking for, never returned by phone calls back and said they were getting in contact with the city and this and that...but nothing ever panned out. 

REI rocks!  

They've gotten much better at producing quality product outside (or in hoops, sometimes using light dep).  

.-  W2 income is a necessity until you get a consistent portfolio of properties producing gains.-  Also diversify your debt with multiple sources.  

I think, most folks who are looking to invest in real estates (and I mean owning income producing property, not flipping, wholesaling or some other real estate job) have money and are evaluating alternatives for investing that money.

Others believe that it's any real estate used for "business" purposes, still others consider any property that produces income to be Commercial Real Estate.
