If allowed, they should provide you something in writing and then you can share that with the post office so they can deliver mail to the second location.

Agian, the terms you use are totally irrelevant to the law, if more than two times a year you post on any public place that you are looking in anyway to be compensated even theoretically for a dollar for anything having to do with a real estate transaction and don’t either have clear title to that property or are properly licensed would in my reading of that law be in violation.

I saw some of your previous posts, so I'm glad you're getting closer to your first.I think your rent sounds pretty cheap between you and your fiance now, but I also don't know the COL in your area.Maybe if you found something comparable in price or slightly less, then it could still math out, because you'll be benefiting from appreciation, loan amortization, and potentially a housing expense decrease over the long term even if slightly. 

I'm still curious about people working together with the next highest bidder (presumably one with discount) winning.I appreciate your insight, I've read several of your posts and bookmarked your site in my research on investing here in Detroit!
