Portland Commissioner Chloe Eudaly announced she plans to call for reform of rental housing deposit regulations and is considering:(a) limiting the deposit amount;(b) requiring that it be held in an interest-bearing account; and(c) clarifying the definition of reasonable wear and tear.In an article published in today's Portland Tribune, Eudaly claims to have set up a stakeholder committee meeting of landlords, tenants and housing advocates.

Great jobs, numerous colleges, hospitals, lots of family activities and outtings...look it up. 

I would love to see more articles on what a landlord goes through in the "between tenant" stages.

A couple of others that I have found on YouTube, if it is available to you are Tai Lopez, PatrickBetDavid that has a daily thing plus many articles about entrepenuers, Grant Cardone that gives weekly seminars about real estate investing and he owns about 4,000 units, and he says not to buy SFH's for renting, Lance Edwards that got his start from home while having a W-2 that he hated and is now rich and teaching how to start off with small MF without any experience, and book reading from top selections by many.

Every time I read his articles in the AOA it seems to be about the market being in a bubble, which I do think it needs to cool down eventually, just not sure what economic factors will be the driving points.

However, in doing my due diligence I have went to numerous banks and credit unions and they will not give a loan out on this type of deal.
