Hey,So in our apartment we had gas supply that would provide us with hot water all day round.The owner decided to take out the gas supply and so he replaced the radiators and the boiler for the water with electric ones.After testing the water we found that there was only half the pressure ad before and the water would be luke warm at best after 3-4 minutes.

Talking with some of the RE agents I know, they tell me the market has been so hot that its flooded with agents now who have no skill or drive to do a lot of work because the houses have been nearly selling themselves.Again I'm speaking as your average guy just trying to buy a house.

Check the manufacturer’s installation instructions on venting; if my guess is correct, then the three boilers (or furnaces) should be vented differently; most hot water heaters are non-condensing so venting through the chimney is appropriate.

The tenants lease she signed did not include her having to pay for oil but just electricity, (1st floors heat and hot water are fueled by oil) Me not being a home owner before and or landlord thought nothing of it until winter came along and this oil bill became very expensive.

It came with a set of tenants (a middle age man, and a middle age woman and her boyfriend) who have been decent.they do pay but it has been late I usually get it on the 5- 10th every month.this month I have not seen It yet its the 13th. another thing I should mention its heat and hot water included and they are paying $500 below the market rent. should i evict them and find someone who can pay on time and the market rent?

Like @Matthew Nicklin said, double check the rent amount as "nice area" "$280k value" "no repairs" and "$2100 rent" are pretty rare to find in most hot markets...not sure what market you're in.
