Also by setting up an Scorp you will have a “board of directors” in which you can write off your annual BoD trip 3.

I did take multiple trips to get to learn the neighborhoods, get a feel of the city and really get to know and build a relationship with a realtor because they'll make or break the process for out of state investors. 

I have a couple items that need fixing at a property I'm managing myself and I'm wondering about the tax implications since they are higher ticket items.Item #1:  The drivewayI got cited for a city violation as the driveway has a tripping hazard.

These are things they need immediately and may save them a trip to the store.Other things are subtle hints for taking care of the home during their tenancy.
