If I have to pay $2 more to do electronic banking, would it suddenly become unprofitable?

Philly, and Temple U without a transfer. 3 minute drive to hop on I-76, 5 minutes to I-676. 10-20 minute walk to the zoo, Kelly Drive, Fairmount Park, Art Museum, Whole Foods.

The thinking was, why would they pay high rents to live in the cities with none of the perks (great restaurants, nightlife, museums, art galleries etc) because they were all shut down. 

Also, I use the service to collect electronic rent payments.

In my experience as a landlord, I have learned the art of negotiating with tenants who owe me money. 

For those of you not familiar with OKC it is an older neighborhood with houses built in the 1920’s that is just south of the Plaza District, which is a very popular business district with local restaurants, art galleries, entertainment venues, and retail shops.

My style is tenants make direct payments to borrower electronically such PM does not look suspicious.

With electronic signatures though, this should not be an issue......loosing a deal because of that sucks
