(my "hobbies" have varied from cars, computers, home audio, car audio, electronics, computer programming, photography, motorcycles, hiking, bicycling, running, on and on the list goes) I'd say I never mastered any of them and I still find most interesting, I just don't do them anymore for various reasons.I have stuck with the same area of work for 10 years now, but now I am truly bored with it.

. ******** Here is my website (www.twinash.net) of those 4plex buildings for reference (sold 12 years later) - which BTW is a great tool when advertising a vacant unit, this simple website alone cuts out the headache of showing up, wasting time and gas when dealing with potential clients or tenants who drive off or do not show up themselves.

As two of the most important areas of the site -- the forums are where discussions happen and the marketplace is where users can advertise and solicit (where commerce happens on BP) -- we felt that they needed their own distinct areas.We've also eliminated the old "tools' menu item and combined it with our resources menu.Overall, the idea is to make the most important areas more obvious to our users, and we believe that this change does that.
