Hi guys,My tenants has been living in the house for over 4 years now wants to upgrade the carpets, install new blinds and repaint a few rooms.She offered to pay for all of it as there is technically no reason to change all of this at this time.

New to the game and looking to further educate myself.

If you change the method (the bank account) a few month's from now, it only takes another letter to inform your tenants.

If you dont work in an industry where loan forgiveness is possible (education usually), do some research in to private fixed loan consolidation.

This would be a bit more involved to change I think.

That's one area that has gone through an interesting change over the past couple years.

I'd like to get as much education as possible on the industry, and don't mind taking classes to educate myself.
