The whole point of having a basement was so I could store my stuff and let the dogs have their own space.

I would never buy a home because a realtor tried to predict the future, but I also wouldn’t continue to rent instead because a poster on the internet with no dog in the fight and nothing to lose, who didn’t know my financial situation or even geographical location told me not to.

Tenant wont pay rent,always a different excuse.Now she moved a dog in against the no pets agreement.I cant afford  to go to court to evict her.Is it illegal to move in with her?

I would allow a small dog only.
