Typically, a good inspection report can either help you negotiate the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items, or at least it will give you piece of mind that there are no major items that you may have overlooked.Keep in mind that no home inspection can be completely exhaustive or predict the future, but a trained professional will make you aware of a lot of information about the property that isn't disclosed or apparent to the untrained eye.Best of luck to you.Cheers,Aaron

Matt,First let me say that I don't like the term "wholesaling", but the whole premise of entering into a purchase contract for a piece of property and then assigning the contract to another is legal as long as it is done correctly.

Instead of doing a BRRRR we just got conventional Mortgages with 25% down and then although they positively cash flowed we had to put all the positive cash flow back into renovating the 2 duplexes piece meal.
