@Nick Barlow The dimensions of the buildings needed to be within some tight tolerances to work around easements, which meant that an off-the shelf design wasn't going to work.

Don't allow anything stored outside their designated areas.If finished basement, I'd look into the possibility of giving access to only one of the units and charging increased rent to that tenant.
