In the opposite side of the country here in CT these are in a ton of condo complexes that were built back then.

This topic is very huge but I don't understand how a lot of people can think it's humanly okay to keep charging people full rents when knowing their tenants lose income because of a virus and country shutdown THEY can't control

The long term rental program was being offered by different companies across the country and it was a lot of the same money from the Capital Markets being provided. 

I hate to say this in this forum and keep it to RE and never mention politics but see the trend that is before us, unfortunately, this pandemic has given the (D)'s a perfect opportunity to push their agenda to transform the country. 

And they were in debt long before my path crossed their path.When they ask to skip paying the rent, after I review their change in income, I then would review their bills and expenses with them.  

The United States is opening the economy too early and will have multiple peaks around the country.
