@John Horner: Our units come fully furnished so it allows us to charge a slight premium to market rents.

That said, a woman is at greatest risk when, or shortly after, she leaves a violent relationship - statistics and the research at John Hopkins backs this fact ... as does my wife, who has worked in the field for many years.

If I find a property with ownership of, for example, John Doe Trs, does the "Trs" most likely indicate that John Doe is deceased and the property is in a trust for the heirs?

I also have been talking to an investor here in my area and have my first coaching this Friday.

It was his first real estate deal of any kind and I had to coach him through it with the motivated seller.
