Hey BP community,I may be relocating back to Boston, MA area (born and raised in central mass for 17 years) from Dallas, TX and wanted to speak to an investor minded real estate agent about some options I am considering if I move back. 

He's a PM in central CT and know the markets of the different towns very well.

There is a ton of TOD (transit oriented development)  happening throughout Central and Northern New Jersey and plenty of options for you to consider

I've had a number of rental properties (SFHs and commercial) in the last 10 years or so but am looking to add some properties in central Virginia and western NC.

Multi-family properties don't really come around too much in Central Florida.

I ended up finding a house through a wholesaler that lists with the Central Florida REIA.

Hey Dean, I am in Orlando and there are great properties here as well as Tampa & Jacksonville.All 3 of the cities are on the top 10 fastest growing populations.There was a stat thrown around that 1000 people were moving to Central Florida per day & a 300-400 were staying in the Orlando area.Massive growth!
