I definitely suggest you keep watching podcasts, reading books, and learning as much as you can - because the knowledge you will learn will forever shape your future!

He also has a new book out, I haven't read it but it sounds great. 

We have learned so much about real estate from Brandon Turner’s book and listening to all the podcasts offered here at BP.

Although that is the coverage provided on most standard Homeowners policies it is not what you are comparing here.  

There are many good books out there on the subject, but a my personal favorite is one called “The Secret Life o Real Estate and Banking” by Phillip J Anderson.

Hello, im looking for the best books to read that have helped you all through learning real estate.

I'm looking for real concrete numbers that wholesalers around the country have actually tracked to generate their success ratio.I will define success ratio as contracts signed to appointments booked. 

I had a family in their 32 days after I listed it on the sight (who ended up staying for 6 months)....CHBO also will give you a 30 day guarantee...so if no one books your rental within 30 days of listing it, they will extend your membership for an additional 6 months for free...yeah I got that deal too. 

I would greatly appreciate some book recommendations or references to anything like that.

Will they need work to bring them up to competitive standards?
