Real estate investors have a variety of methods to find fix/flip deals, whether it is direct mail, driving for dollars, connecting with wholesalers or realtors, or another strategy.

If you don't have their phone number, send them a letter basically saying the same thing. 

I went out on my first day driving for dollars, found 12 good properties.

Hi, I currently have a relationship with a property management company that has implemented a new accounting practice, that basically puts previous tenants accounts recievables to the property management company directly on the books of the property owners in the form of an expense.

Basically, should we get into this house hack or do we wait until we can truly do the house hack.
