I love to run numbers.I was thinking once I acquire x properties, I could move to doing it full time.Is it possible to refinance without w2 or any income whatsoever?

If I acquire another property out of state do I have to re-register as a landlord or do I just enroll my new property at that local housing authority & they add it to my "existing account" so to speak. 

Yes, as much as I intend to eventually acquire larger properties, I think starting with 2-4 units make the most sense.
