As a doctor you have made your way through tough years in undergrad, med school, residency, maybe a fellowship, etc. to finally start earning those high salaries.

School district is higher tier, not top but good.

The reason for that is that the price point on lower end homes gets pushed up higher due to high demand to be in good school districts.

Be there to pick them up from school and do homework.
