The big problem with online services is they just dont have a long term track record of multiple decades so you are taking a higher risk than owning property directly.

I've heard there's a couple management companies in Worcester with very good reputations.

@Michael Diggle I'm from Massachusetts and took an online class then took the state test in Brockton back in January 2018.
