So average rents currently are $500 and your pushing them to $800 is that correct?

So many have been pushed from their homes in these areas and some are now retirees having to leave their homes because same situation...taxes so my heart is wanting to find a way to help someone remain in the area they have always called "home".

It'll  be a while but they're pushing HARD for people to switch over to online.

Food for thought for you: since you practice tax accounting, consider "pushing" your concentration towards RE investors.

Rental growth has been strong so that keeps me buying so I guess it’s offsetting the higher prices and rates but I feel like I’m pushing the rents in my market.
