Hi Isadore,I am a Real Estate agent and an investor in the City of Poughkeepsie.

I know I speak for the group in thanking him for the extended time and sharing his insights on the various markets and current conditions of a few select markets that were inquired about.  

But too many times on this forum contractors are represented as rip offs .

Or let me know if other ways to incorporate into Real estate efforts.

I ended up financing the home, and by the time I did, the market had appreciated, and the rehab added value.

I'd recommend working with a trusted real estate agent who has experience with out-of-state or international buyers, along with a reliable property manager to oversee your investment.

I'm keeping a list of all the real estate books I need to read in the future and I want to be able to own some commercial real estate properties (large or small) someday too.

In March of 2017, I closed my first real estate wholesale deal.
