If it was promoting a product or service then it likely was considered marketing resulting in it being removed.

I personally buy all materials and pay labor weekly, but never ahead of what it would cost me to hire someone else to come in and complete the work plus about 10%.

He has had it listed with a realtor but it doesn't seem that the realtor has done much to promote the house.
