Before hearing/researching this angle, I was pretty gung-ho on accomplishing/refining the wholesaling technique in investing before others.If I plan to be trained and sponsored by the Keller Williams firm, should I realistically  give up hopes on developing proficient wholesaling skills?

I have one rental property in Gilbert that was my first house here that is cash flowing nicely.

Good morning,I have some colleagues that are looking to develop a 1 acre tract of land in the Plaza Midwood area of Charlotte and I am trying to see what options are available to them as far as development is concerned.

Neighborhoods/areas differ a lot, but there are some pretty nice areas out there.

Naturally my eyes have been on Noda, Midwood etc and I have been watching the Meck County zoning board rezone building left and right for other developers.
