Hello BP, As a full time real estate Investor and creating content through interviews I find myself growing quickly and one of the areas I lack in is consistent social media strategy.

I have looked at existing parks, but I wanted to do something a bit more upscale and with a consistent theme, buildings, colors, etc... so I figure it'd be better to start from scratch.

You need to do what others aren't willing to do, and you need to do it at a higher level and do it consistently. 

I'm from Long Island, Suffolk county. 

Target market is the South East but I expect these factors should be some what consistent in any market.

The only key is consistency when you choose to direct mail.

Which ones are things you could do consistently for a long time? 

Hold people accountable with clear expectations and clear consistent feedback and direction, and you will be amazed what you can get out of most people.
