A tip I got from @Steve Vaughan is to post a few ads on CL or something similar in your area, without the address of course, to figure out the demand in your area. 

I done this not only to get more insight into commercial real estate but to try and add value to a deal while representing my clients.I look forward to networking and engaging in discussions with like minded individuals.

Does anyone know of a company (or individual) who would do otherwise for a great deal and someone who has great credit and which would be repaid very quickly??
