Sometimes when theres been alot of high heat incandescent bulbs used it softens up the center pin (which is the hot or black wire) it may be making bad contact there which can shorten the life of CFL or LEDs.

I'm guessing his operation isn't doing so hot.

My capex budget includes roof 25 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life span, hvac 20 year life span, bath and kitchen remodel 20 year life span,etc.

Throughout that time I experienced what it means to be in a hot market.

The location makes it incredibly easy to find and the lot size gives you the opportunity to add on or build additional structures.

That being said, I do not want to delay this process the whole entire summer and surpass a potentially hot market.

Hey,So in our apartment we had gas supply that would provide us with hot water all day round.The owner decided to take out the gas supply and so he replaced the radiators and the boiler for the water with electric ones.After testing the water we found that there was only half the pressure ad before and the water would be luke warm at best after 3-4 minutes.
