I have no yet graduated to the level of intelligence to realize that real assets are far better than gambling on stock market and its derivatives.  

My plan is to sell throughout college, and invest into rental property with the money I make as commission, then depending on how successful I am at it, and the size of my customer base, I may open my own brokerage as well sometime after I graduate.

I also asked my uncle to stay on the loan until I graduate in 1998 so I could refinance and take his name off title.

We usually book graduation out a year in advance. 

I currently attend Binghamton University in the southern tier of New York, and will be back and living in NYC upon my graduation in a year.

I'm an architecture student right now and I will get into real estate as soon as I graduate.
