If you plan on moving to a LLC for ownership, tell your agent (or the agent who is shopping the coverage) what you plan.

I only make offers in terms of buildings that I consider smart buys, good location, close to shopping and jobs, have been well taken care of, or value add.

The only reason I no longer have it is that the shopping center was sold and the new owners had other plans for the property than keeping it as a shopping center.

Is that rustic wooden bed a one off from a local artistic farmer for $600 or $16,000 from a decor shop in Manhattan?

Ask them to list tool inventory and supplies that they currently have in stock or on their truck(multiple cordless drivers, skill saw, oscillating multi tool, sanders, mider saw, table saw, t-square, carpenters square, hammers, drivers, multiple sizes of shop vacuum, etc).

Really all over Ohio we're seeing massive growth and alot of companies setting up shop to offer their employees affordability and the nice "midwestern" life. 

They're 40 minutes away, 30 minutes on weekends, so we tell them to leave it in their mailbox Friday night, we'll pick it up Saturday morning from their mailbox when we do our shopping at the nearby Walmart.
