Having both experience in relocation services consulting and higher education, I understand the importance of providing excellent service as well as exceeding expectations.

I want to begin but I need proper education to avoid serious mistake.

As a General Contractor I am required to carry my license with the state, insurance, continuing education, etc.. and I know realtors are required to do a lot of the same.

We are trying to figure out how to make our first leap in our own deal, and just trying to get as educated as possible to avoid any mistakes.

Anyone else is not educated or experienced enough in the highly complex area of legal practice, nor are they legally able to do this in a vast number of jurisdictions.

Currently between corporate jobs in the commercial banking sector so while I job search I plan to rennovate this single family home in the Manchester, CT area.
