Some local owners have a majority of tenants not paying.But I'm doing OK, and the rent assistance program just paid his rent for 14 months.

Plus, I just found out that if I pursue a property for my investments under the brokerage name, I can use my commission dollars as sellers assistance for the closing costs.

For example if a sale had $5k in seller assist towards closing costs an appraiser would want to adjust for that because the seller received a net amount that is less than the sale indicated.

Hi BP, I am curious to know for the people who have hired a virtual assistant or someone to answer their inbound calls from direct mail or other means, what questions do you normally ask to find the right candidate? 

They can mitigate this if they have a super organized assistant that is making sure the work gets done.Every lending problem I have ever seen was due to the lender dropping the ball in some way.
