My goal was to rent that out to students $350 per room and most of these properties were 2 bedroom condos. 

I'm 22 years old and looking to be retired by 30, a lofty goal I know, however from what I've heard there are quite a few of you out there who have done it.

Goal is to create enough income for financial freedom.

As far as strategy, I'm considering wholesaling as a way to gain capital and experience with the goal of moving toward buy and holds, with the eventual goal of PIRE (Passive Income Retire Early). 

My goal is to learn about rehab cost, tracking finances, working with contractors and such.

I would rather sell the property at this point due to capital gains and the fact that my end goal is to generate about 12k monthly in passive income.
