You have to pay for the membership, but they have really good, detailed tenancy agreement and other landlord forms pertinent to BC there (and you can claim the membership fee for taxes).

When we sub paint the company we use will do everything from quick and cheap to the best job you can find, the difference is how long they spend on prep and details.

If you have trouble, you can call to ask them at the registry of deeds or the tax assessor's office (they will have the tax bill address).You might try getting in touch with the neighbors.

I think the only big thing that we'll need to address is smoke/CO detectors.
