I know they're throwing a ton of money all over the state to try to get people to expand in dead areas but I don't recall any off the top of my head.

HI @Caroline Siller - if you're dead set on investing there then just immerse yourself in that area. 

And before that, more corporate treasurers will start adding it to their balance sheets - Google, Amazon, Tesla, Microsoft, Apple.I have held for YEARS, I have seen it declared dead, called a scam and a fraud - by bank CEO's whose analysts are now saying it will go higher.

Talk to anyone that is from the area and lived here before then and they will tell you that the area was dead before then, despite the fact that there were 9 million visitors back then who weren't going to Dollywood because it didn't exist.

It is not completely dead yet, but my guess is that it will get shut down due to the local outrage.

@Cat Jones mines went from batched to application paid and then under review all in September and then they kept telling me a check was sent out n nthn n then they said my landlord need to send warranty dead n dec and she did that and I did as well to make sure they got and someone emailed me n said they got and still nothing…smh it’s to much and I pretty much gave up a long time ago

No dead bugs.. means the seller probably never tried to deal with the problem, or else you'd see at least 1-2 dead ones.
