Should children be listed as occupants on the lease?

Most people view their pets like children, and if you have a big backyard that is fenced-in, your property will stand out against all the others that don't appeal to pets.

This society has churned out a lot of adult children recently. 

They charge $250 per day, to two adults only, with no pets or children and stay occupied 70% of the year with booking a couple years in advance.

She receives money through the state for the children.  

You don’t want to reply to the judge “no because the police are incompetent and the eviction process is too slow for my preference”.2) In court, the neighbor can testify “I told him there were children there.”

It may be another 5 years before I purchase something in another country because I would want to wait until the children are gone.

Pursuing this path would also allow one or both of us to comfortably stay home when we have children in the future.

Be aware that some areas will allow them to add children at will, any amount, and its protected. 

I wonder if rather than a Family Status issue this would be considered a Marital Status issue.Would she not be considered a "Divorcée" with children, instead of a "Single Mother" (???)
