The standard Fanny 20% down is not an option; not enough money.Does anyone have any advice on other options we can explore or other ways to work this deal?

Is there a standard format that can be used? 

On 7/1/18, I gave her the standard 30 day notice that I would not be renewing her lease.

So far I have found @David Greene 's, book on Long distance real estate investing insightful an helpful in laying out a foundation from which to proceed.

It's an easy to read book by David Rousher about the basics of MHPs.

Purchase price of 105k2500 option payment paid over 3 months 1000 month for the first 3 months and then 1200/month for the rest of the year.1 year lease termDo any of you go with a more standard lease or do you just take repairs out of the option payment?
